Graduate Student (PPAGS) Membership
Graduate and doctoral students are invited to become PPAGS members and gain access to:
- Free non-CE access to PPA webinars
- Special graduate student programming
- Discounted non-CE access to the PPA's annual convention
- Eligibility for monetary student awards
Graduate student memberships are free.
Undergraduate Student Membership
Undergraduate students studying psychology and related areas are encouraged to sign up for:

Memberships for undergraduate students are free.
PPA Member
Your annual dues will vary based on your membership type as follows:
- First-year member, post-doc: Free
- First-year member: $99
- Retired, semi-retired (65+ working 10 or fewer hours weekly), early career and non-licensed psychology professionals or other licensed mental healthcare providers: $149
- Licensed, non-private practice: $239
- Licensed, private practice: $359
First-year membership prices only apply to the first year that applicants are PPA members.
Please note that part of your membership dues funds lobbying expenses and is not deductible on federal income taxes — in 2026, the non-deductible percentage is 19%.
PPA Member - Monthly
If you would rather pay for your PPA membership monthly, the dues are as follows:
- First-year member, post-doc: Free
- First-year member: $15
- Retired, semi-retired (65+ working 10 or fewer hours weekly), early career and non-licensed psychology professionals or other licensed mental healthcare providers: $15
- Licensed, non-private practice: $25
- Licensed, private practice: $35
Please note that monthly memberships have the same eligibility requirements and non-deductible tax percentage as annual memberships.
Affiliate Member
Affiliate memberships are available to individuals who do not qualify for the above memberships but still demonstrate an educational, professional, or scientific interest in psychology. Affiliates cannot vote or run for an elective office. The rate is $149 annually.
Affiliate Member - Monthly
Affiliate membership can be an excellent choice for high school psychology teachers, high school students taking AP and college psychology courses, and others with a proven interest in the field. The fee is $15 monthly.
