Professional Bio
Education: University of Pennsylvania (APA accredited internship); Loyola University of Chicago (PhD in Counseling Psych); University of Richmond (MA); Villanova University (BA).
Clinical Experience: I have been working in the field of psychology for 25+ years. During my time as a psychologist, I have worked in hospitals, college counseling centers, and private practice. I have found much success working with high performers in the medical field, sports world, and entertainment industry. By using cognitive behavioral techniques and mindfulness, I've helped professionals lower their performance anxiety, address imposter syndrome, and depression. I also use trauma-informed care to heal from and lessen the impact of childhood trauma, thereby improving quality of life. These techniques work well with both short-term and long-term therapy approaches.
