Professional Bio
I am a Licensed Psychologist who works with adolescents (ages 13+), adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, mood concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I aim to provide a thoughtful, supportive space where clients can better understand their emotions, patterns, and relationships and move toward meaningful, lasting change. In addition to therapy, I provide psychological, psychoeducational, and neuropsychological evaluations. My assessments offer diagnostic clarity and individualized recommendations, and I collaborate closely with families, schools, and other providers.
My approach is psychodynamic and attachment-based, with integration of trauma-informed care. When clinically appropriate, I incorporate EMDR and DBT-informed strategies to support emotional regulation and trauma processing. My style is collaborative, reflective, and focused on long-term growth.
Services are in-person! The office is easy to locate on Sand Hill Road, behind the Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
