Marcy Caldwell, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in adult ADHD therapy, psychological assessment, executive functioning, and learning differences. With over 15 years of experience, she is the founder and director of The Center for ADHD, a practice dedicated to helping neurodivergent adults thrive through evidence-based, ADHD-informed care.
Dr. Caldwell provides ADHD evaluations, diagnostic clarification, and therapy focused on emotional regulation, relationships, work performance, and daily functioning. She is also the founder of ADDept.org, a resource offering science-backed strategies and support for adults living with ADHD.
Her approach combines practical solutions with compassion, helping clients better understand their brains and build sustainable systems that support long-term growth and well-being.
