Professional Bio

I am a board-certified (ABPP), licensed clinical psychologist providing evidence-based therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, cancer, and other chronic illnesses. My work is grounded in empathy, compassion, and psychological science, and I serve clients through my private practice in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

I am deeply committed to the dissemination of psychological science and evidence-based mental health care. As an Associate Editor of Clinical Psychology: Science and Practice, the official journal of the Society of Clinical Psychology, I collaborate with colleagues to advance and share cutting-edge clinical research with psychologists and other mental health professionals.

I hold leadership roles through board service with Interfaith Philadelphia and Loyola University College of Arts & Sciences, where I contribute to strategic decision-making, organizational governance, and mission-driven initiatives in education and community engagement.

I also translate psychological science into everyday life through my blog, Change Is Possible, where I share practical, research-informed strategies for managing anxiety, ADHD, chronic illness, and life transitions.
