If you're considering psychotherapy, couples counseling, or parenting help, we'll agree on a treatment plan AFTER we've determined your specific psychological needs. Expert diagnosis and decisions about your best options are individualized, not based on pop-psychology checklists, algorithms, & buzzwords trending on social media. Similarly, your psychotherapy will be personalized, not derived from manuals that dictate a standardized approach.
