Professional Bio
Dr. Jennifer Collins is a licensed clinical psychologist in Pennsylvania and Illinois and the Owner/Founder of Ebb & Flow Psychological Associates. She is a proud graduate of Hershey High School, Penn State University (BS, MA), Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (MS, PsyD), and Fairleigh Dickinson University (MSCP).
Dr. Collins has over 14 years of experience as a licensed psychologist and spent more than a decade working within a large health system before founding her private practice in 2023. She holds PSYPACT authorization, allowing her to provide telepsychology services to clients in over 40 U.S. states.
Her clinical expertise includes reproductive psychology, with a focus on supporting individuals and couples navigating infertility, third-party reproduction, and surrogacy. She particularly enjoys working with LGBTQ+ couples on their family building journey. She provides psychological evaluations for prospective gestational carriers and egg donors.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Collins previously served as Chief Well-Being Officer for a major health system, where she led initiatives to assess and address physician burnout. In her private practice, she continues to support medical professionals nationwide, helping them cultivate sustainable work-life balance and personal well-being.
