Professional Bio
Citrini N. Devi is a clinical psychologist, certified yoga therapist and instructor, and director of Mind-Body Services in Drexel Hill, PA. She has over 20 years of experience in both psychology and yoga, and integrates yoga, somatics, breathwork, and meditation with mental health treatment, focusing on trauma healing, nervous system regulation, wellness, and holistic approaches. She also specializes in LGBTQ+ concerns, sexual orientation, and gender identity, emotional and nervous system regulation, and the intersection between identity and lifestyle choices (including self-esteem, eating, weight, and body image concerns). She has strong interests in the connection between mind-body-spirit, yogic and Buddhist psychology, spirituality, humanistic/existential psychology, and transpersonal/depth psychology. Dr. Devi holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology (Child and Family Therapy track) from DePaul University, where her doctoral dissertation examined the mental health benefits of yoga, and a BA from Swarthmore College with a double special major in Psychobiology and Religion, as well 3 years of postdoctoral training in Gestalt Therapy. She has worked in diverse clinical settings, including private practices, universities, and schools, and currently maintains a private practice and yoga studio. She is an advocate for mindfulness, self-expression, and holistic healing practices.
