Professional Bio
I don't believe healing happens by addressing the mind alone. People are cognitive, emotional, physical, and spiritual all at once, and I bring that whole-person lens into the room, drawing on EMDR, experiential therapy, and sensorimotor psychotherapy alongside more traditional talk therapy. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, with particular experience working with women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people navigating substance use and its aftermath.
Before I was a psychologist, I spent nearly two decades in corporate leadership, which taught me how systems — organizational and personal — actually work, and how they resist change. That background shapes how I think about therapy: less a fixed roadmap, more a process of staying with the questions that don't resolve cleanly until something real shifts.
I lead with curiosity, not certainty. I take hard things seriously without losing room for humor. And I hold a conviction, hard-won and personal: healing is not only possible — it's attainable.
