Professional Bio
Bianca Stern, Psy. D. has experience working with individuals in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and residential facilities. Dr. Stern enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. She takes a client-centered approach to therapy and integrates cognitive-behavioral interventions. She finds it important to focus on the unique needs and experiences of each individual, while creating an empathic and understanding environment. Dr. Stern has a particular interest in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationships, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy.
In her spare time, Dr. Stern enjoys yoga, beekeeping, and playing French horn. Dr. Stern completed a double major in Psychology and Spanish at Goucher College and received her Psy. D. in Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University. Her dissertation was on the topic of mindfulness. Dr. Stern is fluent in English and Spanish.
