Program Description: Millions of adults balance work with caring for aging parents, spouses, children with special needs, or family members with chronic illness. This seminar explores the emotional impact of caregiving and provides evidence-based strategies to reduce isolation, strengthen support networks, build resilience, and promote caregiver well-being.
Program Learning Objectives: At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
1. Identify at least three psychological challenges commonly experienced by working caregivers.
2. Describe the relationship between social connection, caregiver resilience, and mental health outcomes.
3. Apply evidence-based strategies that strengthen caregiver support systems and reduce isolation.
