As a passionate and driven executive with a strong business acumen and extensive experience in association management, I create and motivate high-performance teams to accomplish strategic growth and ambitious revenue goals for organizations. I achieve objectives by communicating a common mission, instilling a sense of value, and inspiring positive attitudes among teams. Additionally, I forge relationships with key partners and affiliates through empathetic and expert communication skills. As an influential, service-oriented leader, I leverage relationships with board members, peers, volunteers, staff, and contributing partners to achieve positive financial outcomes for association beneficiaries and communities. Several accomplishments of which I am proud to share include:
• Increased association membership by 800 by employing budgetary management skills to execute strategies and initiatives which brought attention and generated interest in the organization.
• Rallied for the passage of legislation in WI, MI, IA, MN, and IN. Collaborated with elected officials to enact legislation for association beneficiaries, including cancer patients, survivors, and their families.
• Leveraged extensive experience in association management to overcome a financial loss at the time of my onboarding and achieve positive cash flow in my current role.
