Professional Bio
As a Psychologist, licensed for almost 25 years, I currently serve as Regional Clinical Director of a growing outpatient practice in the Greater Pittsburgh Region of PA that offers therapy, medication management, and interventional psychiatric services. I hold an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) granted by PSYPACT®️, and I earned a certificate in Leadership from Transformations Leadership Academy at Shore University. My clinical interests include adolescent health and health psychology. I have served on the Ethics Committee for the Pennsylvania Psychological Association (PPA) for the past 15 years, and I am currently serving as the Professional Psychology Board Chair for PPA, representing our committees who provide leadership and education regarding ethics, insurance, and health psychology. I have a history of strong organizational leadership at the University of Colorado Denver where I served in various roles including BA Psychology Major Advisor, Director of the Clinical MA program, acting Director of the Clinical Health PhD program, Director of Clinical Training, and Clinic Director in addition to my undergraduate and graduate teaching and mentorship. In addition to my professional background in psychology, I am a lover of sports, and I had the honor of playing defensive back for the Pittsburgh Passion Women's Football program from 2016-2017.
