Professional Bio
Alan G. Morse, Licensed Psychologist and Board-Certified Coach, has over 30 years of experience providing behavioral health services, organizational consultation, crisis intervention, and specialized coaching for major corporations, medical centers, universities, and law firms.
After more than a decade as the Clinical Director of a national Employee Assistance Program, Dr. Morse formed Psyvantage, LLC with a goal of providing high-level consulting and coaching services to promote employee health and wellness, support executive and management development, and maximize personal and professional performance.
Dr. Morse’s clinical training and years of corporate experience have provided him with the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral insights necessary to accurately assess organizational concerns, recommend strategic solutions, and accurately evaluate intervention outcomes. His areas of expertise include the design and implementation of strategic programs to foster organizational collaboration and teamwork, the development of executive and management leadership skills based on principles of emotional intelligence, and the strengthening of human capital assets in the workplace environment. In addition, Dr. Morse has provided specialized coaching and support for physicians, nurses, and medical staffs to address work-life challenges, improve employee wellness, and reduce unprofessional and disruptive workplace behaviors, all of which result in increased patient safety and improved employee morale.
Dr. Morse completed his undergraduate degree at Georgetown University, his graduate degree from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. and his Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego.
