By joining PPA, you are shaping the future of psychology.

PPAGS aims to serve graduate and undergraduate students in psychology as they progress throughout their education and training by being available and responsive to them, as well as providing opportunities for their development in the field of psychology. PPAGS is committed to increasing the visibility of graduate students through action-oriented tasks that help to connect students with psychologists in Pennsylvania. We strive for graduate students to feel supported through a spirit of collaboration. Lastly, we maintain the larger goals of PPA with our commitment to lifelong learning, ethics, diversity, inclusion, and equity.

Update on Supervised Experience Requirements for Licensure:

Over the summer and into the fall of 2019, representatives from the Pennsylvania Psychological Association and the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology had discussions as to the type of hours that would count towards the supervised experience requirement. Click here for more information (as of February 2020)
