Citizen Psychologist Award

Citizen Psychologist Award
Citizen Psychologists are defined as individuals who serve as leaders in their various communities. Awardees must demonstrate a commitment to improving community well-being (locally, nationally, or globally) by prolonged engagement in work that is outside of their "day job" as a psychologist. This may be by serving as a leader in a community organization, holding elected office, holding board positions in charitable organizations, volunteering regularly in charitable organizations, or advocating and educating the public. Citizen Psychologist nominees may be from any branch in the field of psychology, but must be members of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.

Winners of the Citizen Psychologist Award will receive free one-day registration to the Annual Convention, an overnight stay, and a ticket to attend the Psychology in Pennsylvania luncheon.
