Over the past 13-years, I have gained invaluable experience as a therapist, researcher and embodied life coach. I received my Masters Degree in clinical psychology with an additional certificate from Penn State University. I have additional training to complement my clinical practice, including: a nutritional degree, DBT certification, advanced life coaching certificate, 8-years in prevention research, training in play therapy, trauma and mindfulness interventions.
I conduct workshops on social-emotional, emotional intelligence and mind-body skills trainings in local schools, organizations and community outreach programs.
I specialize in implementing clinical interventions with individuals and their families from an ecological framework coping with psychopathology, behavior and emotional challenges. I offer an eclectic mind-body approach to their individual treatment, which provides the unique advantage of adapting treatment to the client’s psychological, physical and spiritual needs.
