My orientation is holistic, taking into consideration the health and well-being of the whole person within that individual's family and life context. My primary modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I draw in other modalities, such as Mindfulness practices, Gestalt therapy, pragmatic problem-focused strategies and others as appropriate.

Over 30 years experience in a range of psychology and behavioral health-related areas, including inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, community mental health, wrap-around services, school-based programs, college counseling, as well as consultation and training.
