Margaret J. Kay, Ed. D, NCSP & DABPS, is a Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist, Delaware Licensed Psychologist, PA Certified School Psychologist, Diplomate of the American Board of Psychological Specialists with Forensic Specialization in Educational and School Psychology and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) with over 30 years experience providing Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE's) and related services for school-age children, college students and adults throughout the United States and the mid-Atlantic region.

Dr. Kay has been self-employed in private practice since 1980 and is the President & CEO of Independent Educational Evaluators of America, LLC. Dr. Kay is often relied upon by parents and schools to perform Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE’s) for school-age and college students. In addition, she provides training programs and in-service presentations for educators and civic organizations; psychotherapy services for children and adults; consultation services for individuals, agencies, schools and colleges; and expert witness services for State and Federal courts and Educational Due Process.
