Healthy Workplace Application Process
There are two steps to nominate your company for a Psychologically
Healthy Workplace Award.
First, you need to complete the nomination
form and then you will need to register your company online
at https://www.phwa.org/app/login.php.
When you go to the above link you will need to register your
company and create a username and password so that you can link
to the application. Once you have registered, and created your
username and password, you will be able to complete the PHWA application
process.
