The Behavioral Health and Wellness Academy has locations in Hershey and Lebanon, Pennsylvania with full and part-time open positions for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (preferred) or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, LSW). The candidate will provide direct therapy to individuals and families. Person’s with an interest in child/adolescent therapy, trauma, and with psychological testing and report writing experience are preferred but not mandatory. Considerations for internships at the doctoral and post-doctoral level accepted.

Responsibilities and Duties
Individual/Group Therapy, treatment team participation, and other services provided by a qualified mental health professional. Psychological testing.

Qualifications and Skills
Licensed or License Eligible in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience with psychological testing and report writing.  Strong communication, oral and written, skills to work with other staff and community stakeholders. Able to obtain credentialing through Medicare, MA, and private insurers to bill for services.

REGISTER NOW for The Renfrew Center Foundation’s Spring Seminar Training. The Renfrew Center Foundation is dedicated to eliminating eating disorders by advancing education, prevention, advocacy, research and treatment. This daylong workshop addresses that question: how to use mindfulness in a way that is effective both in clinical settings as well as in relationships? Initially, this seminar will focus on defining and discussing the benefits/limitations of mindfulness and help attendees learn to implement mindfulness into daily life and work. This will be followed by in-depth training on how the mindful experience of emotion can be a foundational tool in eating disorder recovery. Pittsburgh, PA, on Friday, April 27, 2018.  The seminar is from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm and offers 6 CE Credits.  A continental breakfast and networking luncheon are also included.

Behavioral Medicine Associates of New York is expanding to the Philadelphia area!

Exciting opportunity available for Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologists interested in working within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary setting.

As a psychologist working at Behavioral Medicine Associates (BMA), you will provide individual psychotherapy to a diverse population of individuals who are struggling with psychological issues related to chronic pain and/or trauma. Psychologists also have the opportunity to provide cognitive rehabilitation services for individuals who are experiencing cognitive difficulties as a result of head injury.

Caseloads are easily built, as BMA gets referrals on a consistent basis.
